Article 106. Speakers and Deputy Speakers of Parliament
There shall be a Speaker for each House of Parliament elected from among persons who are not members of Parliament.

At any sitting of a House of Parliament the Speaker presides. In the absence of the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker presides.
There shall be a leader of the majority party and a leader of the minority party in Parliament.
